McDermott & Bull and Client Covisint Announce the Placement of Nigel Clarke as Vice President of Sales, Europe

IRVINE, California, November 2, 2015 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Nigel Clarke as Vice President of Sales, Europe with Covisint, a B2B Cloud company that provides the platform of choice for enterprises who need to securely share, integrate and present trusted information to critical people and things across their extended network of business partners and customers.

Mr. Clarke is a senior telecom mobile software sales executive with over 21 years’ experience in international sales, business development, and consulting across EMEA, APAC, and the US. He has specialized in taking US and overseas technology firms into new markets, and has demonstrated success in driving multimillion dollar organizations through direct and channel sales relationships. Mr. Clarke joins Covisint from Asure Software as their Global Senior Vice President where he was responsible for all sales and operations in the EMEA and APAC. As an integral piece to the Asure puzzle, Mr. Clarke overachieved his sales goals and created relationships to land blue chip clients such as Morgan Stanley, KPMG, and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Clarke has been involved in SaaS Cloud based software delivery in various roles since 2006 (platform and applications) and has taken companies on a journey from a traditional perpetual licensing model to SaaS several times. Much of his experience and personal skills attest to selling and educating consultatively to large C level suite global clients. He has helped design and execute the go-to-market model and messaging, financial modelling, and delivery/support as an end to end service. Mr. Clarke’s dynamic approach and regional presence makes him a great fit for the Vice President of Sales, Europe role at Covisint. Mr. Clarke earned his Business Degree from the University of Surrey.
