IRVINE, California, July 14, 2017 – McDermott & Bull, one of the largest executive search firms within the Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Recruiters list, as well as one of Forbes’ Best Executive Recruiting Firms, is pleased to announce the successful appointment of Gil Garcia as Vice President, Finance with South Coast Community Services (SCCS), a non-profit organization that provides therapy and counseling services to at-risk children, youth, and families.

Over the course of his career, Garcia has led a variety of organizations in improving policies and procedures, reporting accuracy and utility, and systems. His most recent experience in a non-profit health services environment, combined with his long-time work as CFO for larger high growth companies, brings great value. Prior to joining SCCS, Garcia served as Chief Financial Officer of LK Health, Cingular Staffing, and EC Hispanic Media.
Garcia received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
