McDermott & Bull Finds VP of Sales for Leading Distributor of Shaving Products

IRVINE, California, January 6, 2019 – Executive search firm McDermott & Bull has successfully placed Tom Toomer as the new Vice President of Sales for Pace Shave, a subsidiary of Dorco USA. The team conducted a targeted search for a top producing sales leader with a strong track record of success in consumer products.

The executive search was conducted by Principal Consultants, Stu Leibach and Jake Vander Zanden; Executive Recruiter, Steve Curran; and Research Team Leader, Rachel Terry. According to the search team’s lead, Jake Vander Zanden, “Pace Shave has had amazing growth in the US. As the company’s newest sales leader, Toomer will play a key role in building, training and leading high performing sales teams. His exceptional sales background coupled with his successful track record for building collaborative working relationships with key national retailers and driving e-commerce sales through Amazon and other channels, made him the right choice for this important role.

Prior to joining Pace Shave-Dorco USA, Tom held senior sales positions at Freeman Beauty Labs, L’Oreal USA and The Gillette Company. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Political Science from San Diego State University.
